The Process

The first session with all new clients will be a comprehensive movement screen.
This session runs up to 90 minutes and will allow your coach to get a sense for how you move and how best to structure your future training cycles.

After the movement screen is completed your coach will create your custom training plan.
You will then be given access to the plan and will either start training with your coach or on your own depending on the service you have requested.

Training cycles tend to run 4-5 weeks depending on your training volume.
Your plan will be updated each month and progress will be continually evaluated and appropriate changes to the plan can be made at any time.
